“CBO benefits from a particularly strong, committed, passionate and visionary leadership and management team. The commitment and passion for the organisation is also reflected in the staff and volunteer team. This meant that there was an active agenda for growth based on the needs of the local community and an ability to understand and respond to local need appropriately and effectively across an increasing geographical and demographical diversity and increasing complexity of need. This ability to respond effectively and appropriately was also reflected in the feedback from clients about their individual experience of the servicE”
