Our family support services connect families to opportunities via a centralised one-stop-shop where they benefit from co-location of internal and external services in a joined-up approach.
A key component of our family support service is to provide pro-active contacts with family members via home visits, word of mouth, referrals, and outreach rather than waiting for them to come us. Overall, we value every individual and other a safe place to work through difficult situations, helping family members to make informed choices about their future.
