The successful completion of the Greets Green Play area/MUGA was a key milestone for CBO in achieving one of its key objectives. CBO will be very unique in providing both indoor and outdoor activities targeting diverse client group and creating a holistic one stop shop and Hub for the community.
The outdoor facilities provides wide range of sporting and recreational activities for families and compliment the existing services and projects at Greets Green Resource Centre.
We would like to thank Biffa Award, Veolia and Big Lottery Fund for funding the project and Sandwell Council for granting 25 years lease enabling CBO to make this project into reality.
“We come to CBO for advice and take part in various courses. We are very excited to hear about the new development where everyone in the family could take part in both indoor and outdoor activities. I can attend ICT/ESOL classes whilst my children enjoy outdoor sporting activities in the MUGA/Play area at the same time.”
