Greets Green Resource Centre GGRC

Through the support of local elected members and the generosity of Sandwell MBC, we have acquired the former Greets Green Neighbourhood Office on Harwood Street, West Bromwich, which we have converted into our new ‘Greets Green Resource Centre’. This Modern facility, located within the heart of the communities we serve, will provide the flexibility and physical space to accommodate the majority of our planned, extended services.

Being the former Greets Green Neighbourhood Office our new centre gives us a truly visible presence at the heart of the community we serve and in a well-known and recognised building that is fully accessible to all. We have great expectations that our partial relocation to the new centre will give a significant psychological boost to our local communities’ and a new hope for the future.

Working in partnership with key stakeholders CBO secured external resources to refurbish the centre and transformed the building into modern and vibrant community facilities.

Over 6,000 people use the Greets Green Resource Centre each year, benefitting from a wide range of activities including advice (In 2020/21 our advice team dealt with 2469 client cases and secured confirm financial benefit gains of £1.149m for local residents)

Over the years CBO have been working tirelessly not just to improve the facilities but also to bring in wide range of services to benefit the local residents.
