Building Brighter Futures (BBF) ‘Connecting Communities’ overall aim is to ‘Enhance the quality of life of disadvantaged and isolated individuals by enabling them to become empowered and reach a brighter Future.

The activities offered include social, recreational, and health-related activities as well as guidance, instruction, and targeted interventions that provide a comprehensive wraparound approach.
