Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: Starting £23,000 (Pro rata)

Service areas: Sandwell-wide

Project Base: West Bromwich

Responsible to: Chief Executive

Responsible for: BBF staff / Sessional staff / Volunteers

Contract: 5 years fixed term

Special Conditions: Flexible with working hours

This position requires an enthusiastic, creative individual to support the successful delivery of the Building Brighter Futures-BBF project. A dynamic and enthusiastic you will have the required drive, passion and determination to ensure BBF delivers specified outputs, maximising the use of the Centre as a One Stop Shop to achieve a range of outcomes for the diverse community. You will be able to demonstrate relevant experience and have a successful track record of delivering family focussed quality outputs/outcomes in a community setting. Sustaining and developing services at the centre through partnership working, redirecting services and identifying new funding is also a requirement of the post.

Building Brighter Futures (BBF) is a 5 year project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund
